Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Design: Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all layers.
- Technical Vision: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and architectural patterns.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the implementation of microservices, containerization, and cloud-native strategies to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in clear, business-driven language.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior or Principal Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including serverless and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, LLMs, and how to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional technical problems under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
