Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical problems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current software versions and security protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new hardware and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
