Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct basic hardware maintenance and software updates as needed.
- Document standard operating procedures and training materials for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and work remotely.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required by business needs.
