Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware and software connectivity problems.
- Client Communication: Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring 100% closure rate.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the daily maintenance of office equipment and network peripherals.
- Training: Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to stay updated with the latest tech trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be available for 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings/weekends.
