Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and empathy
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
