Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and resolve printer/scanner malfunctions efficiently.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and perform software updates for departmental workstations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and improve overall system performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, setting up their workstations and accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
