Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to improve website performance, identify crawl errors, and enhance search engine rankings for local and national keywords.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich strategies that drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics) to track traffic trends, user behavior, and campaign performance; generate monthly reports for management.
- Technical Recruitment: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
- Link Building: Execute outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics.
- HTML/CSS: Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS for on-page optimization.
- Recruiting: 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR administration.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling job descriptions and outreach emails.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources is a plus.
