Responsibilities
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to our industry niche.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular audits of our website to identify technical issues, broken links, and crawl errors that may hinder performance.
- Link Building: Develop and execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant industry websites.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the content team to ensure all published material is optimized for search engines and engages our target audience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Googleβs latest algorithms (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird) and SEO best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setting.
