Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Perform EKGs and phlebotomy as certified
- Maintain clean, sterile environments per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with RNs and clinical staff on care plans
- Transport patients safely throughout facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Patient Care Tech or CNA certification preferred
- Phlebotomy or EKG certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with evening/weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency
