Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to staff via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
