- Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the IT helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on office equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
