What You'll Do:
- Provide tier-one technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and update inventory records for IT assets.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to implement new solutions.
- Conduct basic user training on company software and security protocols.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or related field preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
