Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and software installations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset inventory and hardware upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
