Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain office hardware, including printers, scanners, and workstations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new employee devices.
- Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues to the engineering team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team on system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT assistance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with some flexibility.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
