Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve product and service issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Document all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
- Provide feedback on common customer pain points to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must be available to start immediately.
