Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver high-quality service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and reporting trends to help improve our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues and implement effective solutions, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems and databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, retention, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
- Attitude: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to changing business needs.
