- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients, escalating complex problems to the senior team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service protocols.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Contribute to daily team meetings and provide feedback on common customer trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and CRM systems is a significant advantage.
