Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and troubleshoot technical setup issues.

Qualifications
