Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA requirements
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products/processes
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score (CSAT) target
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (20-25 hrs/week)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
