About the Role
As a Part-Time Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients in the Sacramento area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
