- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Process Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and ensure they understand our services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical departments to resolve complex account issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
