- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM database in real-time.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
