Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with speed and empathy.
- Conduct regular check-in calls to assess client health and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify trends and suggest feature improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account statuses in our CRM.
- Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote flexibility.
- Experience working in a part-time or flexible capacity is highly valued.
