Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and update customer schedules and follow-up emails to ensure no lead goes cold.
- CRM Updates: Accurately log all interactions and data into our customer relationship management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
