Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and regular check-ins.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and product issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product training for new users.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide user feedback and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in our CRM database.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant service upgrades.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and think critically under pressure.
