Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to users.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical bugs.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and brand voice standards at all times.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
