Responsibilities

- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Epic).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater New Orleans area.
