Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases efficiently
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining compliance protocols
- Contribute to process improvements through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge for SaaS products
- Positive attitude and resilience when handling challenging situations
- Available to work 20-25 hours/week including evenings/weekends
