Responsibilities
- Handle 25-30 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service modifications efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services based on customer needs
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
