Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and documentation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce database
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
