Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical support tickets for enterprise clients
- Update CRM records with detailed interaction logs
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Assist with onboarding new clients remotely
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US immediately
- Spanish bilingual preferred
