Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide basic product demonstrations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently according to company policy.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer retention.
- Reliable transportation is required.
