Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the root cause of the problem, and proposing a solution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
