Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve technical issues and account-related questions for our diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our service packages to existing clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
