- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to escalate and resolve product issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications with precision.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points to help improve our service offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
