Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer support with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist visitors with inquiries, registrations, and facility navigation
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Support event coordination and community program setup
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming public spaces
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all community members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (flexible scheduling)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if transport required)
- Positive attitude and passion for community service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
