Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve complex issues by analyzing customer feedback and identifying root causes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and service protocols.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements to management.
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
