Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Accurately document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining our product features effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
