Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve product issues and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-30 hours per week).
