Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and de-escalate situations effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
