Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer support via phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Manage client accounts and resolve technical inquiries with empathy and efficiency

- Maintain detailed client interaction records in CRM systems
- Participate in quarterly product training to stay updated on industry innovations

Qualifications
