Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via email, phone, and in-person inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process and organize incoming documents, invoices, and customer data with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar appointments for department leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update the company CRM database to ensure data integrity.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with basic administrative tasks and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for the specified part-time hours.
