Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
