Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in our inventory system.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Assemble, package, and label orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus; forklift certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
