Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and correspondence for executive team
- Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Supplemental HR duties: recruitment coordination, policy implementation, and compliance oversight
- Budget management for office expenditures and vendor negotiations
- Organize company events and ensure meeting space readiness
- Implement digital filing systems and optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Colorado labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams and digital collaboration tools
