Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows, travel arrangements, and executive calendar coordination
- Lead vendor relationships for office services, IT support, and facility management
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and office culture initiatives
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Manage office budget, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Act as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and emergencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and budget administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of Indiana labor regulations and workplace safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation a plus
