Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate high-level meetings
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary HR liaison for employee inquiries
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and ensure workplace safety standards
- Support IT infrastructure troubleshooting and equipment management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience managing budgets and procurement processes
- Knowledge of California employment regulations and HR best practices
