Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 member night shift team, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and warehouse safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate with day shift team for operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues
- Conduct nightly operational audits and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
