Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and address maintenance needs
- Manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Train new hires on warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in overnight operations
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills for shift briefings and conflict resolution
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work Sunday-Thursday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
