Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA standards
- Manage performance metrics and provide real-time operational reports
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and vendor coordination issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proven experience managing overnight operations (10PM-6AM)
- BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred
